When is Hilary Cotter's merge replication book going to be published?
As soon as he sobers up and finishes it.
Seriously, he is diligently plugging away at it. You aren't the only one

The book is in editing - not sure when it will be released - chap 2 should
be on the web site for download soon. Its killer.
