Replication

Hi,
I have set a transactional replication, and everything
looks fine, but I get the following error message in my
Subscriptions:
( 'Server Name' is not configured as a distributor. The
step failed. )
I checked my server name on the publisher/distributor and
it's returning the correct server name.
any idea,

Are you using a remote distributor?
Connect to your publisher in EM, select tools, point to replication, click Configure Publishers, Subscribers, Distributors, and select publishers, does your publisher have a check mark to the left of its name in this dialog? Click on the browse button and
check to see how your replication agent is connecting to the publisher. You should be using the impersonate option.
Finally expand one of your failing replication agents, right click on it, select agent properties, click the step tab, highlight run agent, double click and in the command box, ensure that the -Distributor switch is pointing to the correct distributor.
Also verify that your DistributorSecurityMode is 1
